Return & Exchange Policy

• At Flvour Bite, we care about your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process to make things right. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on opened or used items due to hygiene and food safety concerns. For return or exchange requests, please contact our customer service team with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if applicable. Our team will respond promptly with instructions.

• If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we sincerely apologize. In such cases, we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges. Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting images to help us investigate the matter quickly.

• Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item, using your original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped once the return is confirmed.
